With the Rise of the Tomb Raider-themed bundle and Collector’s Edition already out in the open, the latest offering for the hotly-anticipated follow-up is all about the game’s comprehensive season pass. As revealed earlier today, the package boasts a hoard of content to “extend your single-player campaign”, with the likes of Endurance Mode and the Expedition Cards making up a few of those extras in question.
Now, the Xbox.com listing of the Rise of the Tomb Raider season pass has just been updated with fresh information about those actual DLC packs that will appear after the game’s launch next month. Finally, there’s a Cold Darkness Awakened mode that’s basically a horde experience in which players must survive waves of “infected predators”. And with a constant stream of suits, weapons and cards shipping, from the first day and for four months, you can customize and enhance the character and challenge friends on new adventures. For example, this is the description of the Silver Pack: “A set of 5 Expedition Cards, guaranteed to contain at least one Uncommon Card”.

When you purchase a set of Expedition Cards, you will be given a random set of cards, which according to which tier you bought, will contain certain rare cards. Who knows what creative, crazy, or even Rare Cards are within? Overcome challenges to earn bonus credits.
