England get Wales showdown at Euro
Northern Ireland have also drawn world champions Germany in qualification for the 2018 World Cup and Michael O’Neill said: “They were maybe the pot one team that I didn’t want but, having been drawn in it and got my head around it, it’s a fantastic game for us”.

“I don’t envisage anything at the moment other than the tournament but it depends how I feel”.
Hodgson’s England flopped at the World Cup in Brazil in 2014, exiting the tournament after losing their first two games.
“If you ask me at this moment in time, “can you see yourself working after next summer?’ I’d have to say, ‘yes, absolutely”.
“Obviously, if we’ve been successful, we will want him to stay on”.
I THINK England and Roy Hodgson will be quite happy with the group stage draw for Euro 2016.
“We know all the Wales players – nearly all of them play in England. It would be extraordinary”, said Spain coach Vicente Del Bosque, who can look forward to a rematch with Croatia after narrowly beating them at Euro 2012.
“Switzerland, even if we did very well against them at the World Cup, remain a very good nation and will be our most valiant opponents in the group”, Deschamps told beIN Sports.
“They (Arsenal team-mates Theo Walcott and Kieran Gibbs) have already been winding me up but I’m keeping quiet and seeing what happens on the day”.
“I hope we’ll get better now”. We’ll be hopeful of getting through that group.
All the focus may be on Wales being drawn in the same group as England, but the opportunity to get one over on Russian Federation will also inspire Coleman after their controversial and agonising Euro 2004 play-off defeat.
England kick off their campaign in Marseille on Saturday, June 11 against Russian Federation, meet Wales five days later, and end the group against Slovakia in St Etienne on Monday, June 20.

“I honestly believe if we have a bit of luck along the way, and play our football, we have a great chance of winning. I think Wales is the sexiest of the three to us because of two or three really quality players playing for Wales”.
