Enhanced PS4 Pro games will have this fancy new icon
Where the new PS4 does better, though, is in noise levels.

What video game console should you buy?
Amidst the number of new announcements from Sony and Microsoft, Nintendo’s next generation console, the Nintendo NX, is still pretty much a mystery up to this day.
You know 4K, right? Xbox Scorpio will be out holiday next year.
If price dominates your search for a console, the good news is there is a clear difference between the two. So which one should you get? The console had just been updated and it also saw the release of PS4 Pro and PS4 Slim.
The new PlayStation 4 was rumoured to be called the PS4 Slim, and while it is indeed slimmer, it’s simply called the PlayStation 4. It runs quieter and cooler, though.
If you already have a PlayStation 4, “upgrading” to the Slim makes no sense as they’re basically the same thing. Microsoft previously offered a 2TB “launch edition” of the Xbox One S for £349 but that has officially sold out and they will not be making more.
iUnlike the PS4 Slim, the Xbox One WAS in desperate need of a new look, and has gone down the 10 Years Younger path of plastic surgery and expensive new threads.
According to Thelka Inc., the aforementioned features are subject to change, so they are not promising players that those will be the final specifics for the game. Also, it can be upgraded to 4K, which signals text, menus, and UI at 4K resolution. That’s basically four times more detailed than the current high-definition standard of 1080p. And 4K TVs aren’t cheap. The option is now available in the Video Output Settings within the system settings options on the dashboard.
From a purely gaming perspective, the PS4 Pro wins hands down because it supports 4K gaming.
It’s worth noting that games displayed at 4K are merely upscaled from 1080p to the higher resolution as native 4K games aren’t yet available.
Gorgeous PlayStation 4 game “Detroit: Become Human” will look even better in 4K.
Many gamers wouldn’t mind having a Nintendo that’s coupled with voice support, a PlayStation 4 that’s compatible with the g25 steering wheel, or an Xbox one that’s free from region lock. I mean, who still uses the Kinect?
The special live event launched the PlayStation 4 Slim and PlayStation 4 Pro, two PS4 hardware revisions.
Price: To be determined, but more than $300. All future PS4 games will be playable on both consoles so it’s likely you’ll be seeing a lot of this badge.

You won’t have to wait too long for the PS4 Pro, though. That’s quite a bit fewer than you had probably been expecting.
