Initial looks of Paragon hint the game will be a shooter.

New hero details will be revealed each week through December 3, according to the game’s official website.

Heading to the teaser site, Paragon is highlighting Twinblast, a character who wields two guns and has slick biotic arms that would make Jax from Mortal Kombat jealous. Expect Paragon to be released on PC in “early 2016”. Sign-ups are now open for players to join up in the beta, and Epic Games has promised a variety of unique modes and maps.

The developer is also working on “Unreal Tournament” which released in a pre-alpha state past year, and “Fortnite”, the cooperative fort building and defending against waves of enemies game, which is now in a closed alpha test.
