According to the report, the school or university distributed the “teacher evaluation form” to all student and ordered them to fill it up.
This was actually for checking that does teachers have taught the lessons correctly, completed the syllabus on time etc.
But one frustrated student wrote “If I had one hour to live, I’d spend it in this class because it feels like an eternity” in the ‘overall comment’ box.
