Chelsea are now on a run of just one victory in their last seven in all competitions and questions have started to be asked about both boss Jose Mourinho and his squad. It’s the club that I choose to come to.

With Chelsea struggling many people think a defeat to Liverpool could see Mourinho sacked and that would be sweet revenge for many supporters after his part in scuppering their title dreams not so long ago.

Meanwhile, visiting Liverpool find themselves ninth in the standings with 14 points from 10 games, six points behind fourth-place Manchester United. “Last season Liverpool win nothing and didn’t qualify for the Champions League”.

The Blues are 15th in the Premier League and there is speculation that he may lose his job if results don’t improve quickly.

“Klopp and I have good relations”.

He said: “They were a good team and are a good team”.

“Last year, you know how Chelsea play – very good defence, very good structure and with the quality to finish the situation up front”.

Mirror Sport reported Monday that “Chelsea’s senior players are braced for Mourinho’s departure – with many believing it is a case of “when not if” their manager is axed”.

The Chelsea boss said: “After a very hard period, the recovery in the last two months is good news”.

“You can talk about Diego Costa, Willian, Oscar, Ramires, Nemanja Matic – all these guys are great players with Gary Cahill and John Terry”.

While Klopp is slowly adapting to his new life at Merseyside, his counterpart Mourinho is now under enormous pressure after the Blues’ dismal start to the season. So while Chelsea may look like they’re in a awful position, a win Saturday will put them even with Liverpool. “Before that, he was on the bench a couple of matches, obviously because I was not happy and I felt it was the best thing for him, but I’m happy with his positive reaction to that”.

“I think it’s not because he missed an important penalty that I’m going to be critical”, he added.

Jose Mourinho insists he is not concerned about the future
