Instead of heading to Bloomington, IN. The college football preview show will kick off an entire day of build up to the Tigers showdown with the Notre Dame Fighting Irish.
Sam Ponder is already counting down the days until she and the rest of the GameDay crew is back in town in front of the insane group of fans who will be there to support their team in what should be an awesome game with College Football Playoff implications on the line.
The other top candidate features No. 6 Georgia and No. 12 Alabama.
It’s the first ACC stop for the show this season, which is hosted now by longtime ESPNer Rece Davis along with GameDay staples Lee Corso, Kirk Herbstreit, Desmond Howard and more. The last time the program featured a Clemson game was for a 2013 game against Florida State.

This morning, ESPN extended the speculation with a tweet that it would broadcast its flagship show “Sportscenter” live from Clemson.
