EU Referendum brings return of #Dogsatpollingstations as owners post pictures to Twitter
Voters in Herts and Essex head to the polls today in the EU Referendum.

More than two million people have joined the electoral roll since December, the Electoral Commission said last night, despite problems with the voter registration system as the deadline approached.
