Evan Rachel Wood says Jamie was ‘love of her life’
After the split, Wood reconnected with her ex-boyfriend Jamie Bell, and the couple ended up tying the knot in October 2012, and welcoming a son in July 2013. “There are so many possibilities”.

Evan Rachel Wood opened up about her controversial relationship with former fiancé Marilyn Manson: “I thought I was in love”, she said, adding that ex-husband Jamie Bell was the “love of my life”. “That’s my life!” “And that freedom was attractive”, she says. They dated on and off for about 4 years, and eventually called it quits one year after becoming engaged: unlike anything he’d done before, Manson proposed to her on stage in Paris. However, despite the criticism and eventual split, Wood said that she doesn’t regret the experience.
“I wouldn’t trade any of [our relationship]”, says Wood. “I appreciate everything he taught me”. However, hindsight tells her a different story.
That sounds a little insane to me to characterize it that way, but then again I certainly felt my mind and body go to places they’d never been before while I was in labor.
The couple separated in May, 2014, but Wood admits her ex is still a big part of her life: “Jamie’s lovely”.
Evan Rachel Wood says her self-described “edgier” days are far behind her and have been replaced with household chores and baby spit-up.
In an Us exclusive, a rep for the couple said, “They both love and respect one another and will of course remain committed to co-parenting their son”.

“But that’s when I’m doing laundry, cleaning the house, answering emails”, responds Evan Rachel Wood to such questions, as she states in her interview with The Edit. I felt like I was hitting every corner of the room. I suppose, if the mood was right, I could see how it might feel that way.
