Kane has pleaded not guilty, Monday, Aug. 1, 2016, in Buffalo City Court to charges alleging he grabbed three women during an altercation at a downtown bar in June.

Kuechle further alleges that upon arriving at the hotel that morning, Kane physically battered her causing her to suffer “bodily injury including lacerations, extensive bleeding requiring multiple surgeries and blood transfusions, and serious emotional trauma”.
Kane, who turned 25 on Tuesday, was cleared in March of criminal charges related to the incident that occurred in the early-morning hours of December 27.
Kane pleaded not guilty Monday to non-criminal harassment, disorderly conduct and trespass stemming from an unrelated incident at a bar on June 24. He will be back in court at 9:30 a.m. September 9 for a pre-trial conference before Johnson-Lee.
He turned himself in to Buffalo police on July 22.
Legal analysts say the State Liquor Authority will likely look closely at the Bottoms Up to see if safety was maintained there the night of Kane’s incident and also the bar’s history.
Paul Cambria tells us a civil suit has been filed against Kane, and that his client intends to counter sue.
The accusations against Kane today said that he was behind the bar at the time of the incident, serving as a “celebrity bartender”.
Court documents say Kane acted aggressively toward the women and members of the nightclub staff when asked to leave.

Kane, who was acquired from Winnipeg in February 2015, did not face charges following a three-month sexual assault case last offseason.
