The Baggies failed to earn three points until their fourth contest of the season last term, and ended that campaign on a nine-match winless run after knocking off Manchester United, 1-0, on March 25. Finally, you can’t win it if really it is a big team who spend a lot of money for an Everton player or a Southampton player. He was on my list for a long time because he’s that type of forward who is physically strong, fast and has a very good mentality. “He will give strength to the team and I’m very pleased to have Yannick as part of what we are trying to build here at Everton”.
The news is a massive boost for new boss Koeman, who has maintained since taking the Everton job in June that persuading the powerful Belgium global to stay was one of his prime ambitions.
“When people say £25m or whatever, I just try to think “I’m here to play football”, Bolasie said.
Bolasie added: “I’m settling in really quickly”.
‘I’m coming in to try and unlock my potential.
He explained: “I know Rom from ages ago – he’s been wanting me to come here for ages but I’ve always told him that I was kind of settled where I was”. A year ago I probably wouldn’t have been ready, but I feel like I am ready to take this step.
‘You just have to get on with it.
Niasse only joined Everton in February, arriving on a four-and-a-half-year deal for £13.5million from Lokomotiv Moscow.
Koeman said Bolasie will be part of the squad for Saturday’s game and that a decision will be made on Friday as to whether the same applies to Williams, who has been building his fitness and is “close” to making his debut.
“It will be very hard for them to be part of the team”.

He also brought Europa League football to the south coast and received plaudits for building on the work of previous Saints boss Mauricio Pochettino – despite numerous club’s best players being sold.
