Ex-congressman Mark Foley sat behind Trump at rally in Florida
Ironically, Clinton started off her campaign speech in Kissimmee paying tribute to the more than 50 people injured and 49 people killed by 29-year-old Omar Mateen at the Pulse nightclub shooting that took place on June 12 in Orlando. It makes no sense for the Clinton campaign to intentionally associate itself with a man who has a history of anti-gay comments and whose son killed dozens of gay people.

Many criticised the decision to allow Seddique Mateen, however Mrs Clinton’s campaign team claim he was not invited to the event.
“This is a guy who supports the Taliban, who’s anti-American, who himself has supported terrorist organizations, who has said that God is gonna punish homosexuals”. “S$3 he did not disavow”, Trump told Fox News’s Sean Hannity.
Clinton’s campaign was apparently unaware of Mateen’s presence at the rally, much less the 25 minutes he spent sharing a frame with the nominee. He has been going around carrying a sign about Hillary Clinton.
But Ceballo is questioning that message, wondering how the Clinton campaign didn’t notice that Mateen’s father was allowed to be right there, in the center of the crowd behind the podium which Clinton stood and addressed Pulse.
A Palm Beach NBC affiliate interviewed Mateen after the event.
“All the things they indicate, they have not handled Islamic extremist terrorism with the strength and fight back we should have as a country trying to protect itself”, Giuliani said.
Asked if he thinks people would be surprised by his appearance at the rally, he said: “It’s a Democratic party, so everyone can join”.
“Bill and I were in Orlando about two weeks ago, and we had a chance to sit down with Mayor Dyer, other elected officials, members of the clergy, of the courageous police officers who rushed into the Pulse nightclub massacre to save lives”, Clinton said, according to a transcript released by her presidential campaign.
“Hillary Clinton is good for United States versus Donald Trump, who has no solutions”, he said.
A U.S. Secret Service official declined to discuss Mateen specifically, but said that “the roughly 3,000 participants at the Clinton rally in Florida all received the exact same screening”.
Seddique Mateen was seated in an area directly behind Clinton, within view of cameras broadcasting the event.

Trump, on the other hand, dismissed calls for new gun laws and warned that there were “thousands of people” in the United States with “hate in their heart”.
