The actress in her complaint to police stated that on Friday night her vehicle was hit from the rear by a tempo traveller van at Athani, between Aluva and Angamaly.
While the prime accused who molested the actress in a moving auto is still absconding, police have reportedly nabbed three people involved in the crime including her driver. As per the actress, Bhavana complaint police arrested the driver, Martin.
For the next three hours, as the vehicle was driven around Kochi city, she was manhandled and molested. As of now, one man has been arrested and the police are on the hunt for the remaining culprits, reports ANI.
The police claimed that the driver had hatched the plot roughly a month ago. The actor reported that her former driver was a part of the gang that molested her. Recently, a case took place with an actress from Southern India Bhavana. It is said that gang stopped her auto and harnessed her for more than half an hour.
The News Minute reported Malayalam film producer Suresh Kumar as saying he had registered a case against Sunil after he had followed his wife’s auto. The actress later spoke to the police and gave a statement about the incident. Furthermore, Director Vinayan has said that the driver was booked for a similar case earlier and producer Suresh Kumar had to rescue his wife from Sunil. Kerala also is one of the country’s most prosperous states.
