Ex-fiancée to sue Charlie Sheen for hiding HIV status

Charlie Sheen’s ex-fiancee Brett Rossi has sued the actor, claiming he bullied her in to getting an abortion after allegedly ranting she’d give birth to a “retarded child” given his HIV standing. “I mean, I saw Charlie as Carlos, we lived and acted as husband and wife”, she said, referring to Sheen’s given name.

In her lawsuit filed on Thursday in Los Angeles Superior Court, Ross’s attorneys claim that in late October or early November, Sheen’s attorneys attempted to resolve her claims for $1 million, to be paid on December 2. According to People, Rossi stayed in the abusive relationship because she truly loved him. The adult film actress argues that once Sheen publicly revealed the battle he’d been facing with HIV on November 17, he retracted the deal and refused to sign the settlement. Rossi gave in and had the abortion because she had no choice. Ms. Ross looks forward to her day in court, and to taking Mr. Sheen’s deposition.

In the complaint obtained by FOX411, Ross, 26, says she became pregnant in March 2014 and Sheen, 50, “became extremely upset”.

The lawsuit purportedly states she was pregnant but forced to get an abortion by the actor, who allegedly told her he “did not want his child to have his blood type [HIV positive]”. The relationship ended without warning when Sheen broke up with Ross via text message, Ross says, leaving her “devastated because she believed that, despite all they had been through, she and Sheen had a very serious relationship”.

Sheen went public with HIV diagnosis during a “Today” show appearance with Matt Laeur last month, during which he also insisted he had never missed a dose of his medicine. Sheen also said during the interview that he would not pay to settle any claims from sexual partners claiming he exposed them to the virus.

Sheen’s attorney, Martin Singer, says they plan to fight the lawsuit and believe Sheen will come out victorious when it’s all over.
