TMZ says the alleged victim was referred to the prosecutor’s office by police if she wishes to pursue charges.

Cops contacted Elliott – who denied striking the woman.

Tiffany Thompson, from Columbus, Ohio, posted Instagram photos of bruises on her body. She says she was assaulted while in a parked vehicle, but one witness who was in the auto said they did not see a physical altercation take place.

National Football League player Ezekiel Elliott attends the 2016 BET Awards at the Microsoft Theater on June 26, 2016 in Los Angeles, California. The first caption detailed what Thompson claimed she had endured.

In a pair of posts to her Instagram account, Thompson showed bruises on her arms, legs and neck.

Just for every woman out there getting abused it’s time to put a stop to it. The second of the two posts was directed to Elliott’s Instagram handle.

Despite character concerns, the Cowboys drafted Elliott with the No. 4 overall pick in the 2016 NFL Draft.

As of this writing, the team has not issued a statement on the police report. She said she’s been choked and thrown into walls.

According to the police report, Elliott allegedly attacked Thompson while in the vehicle. “Bruised everywhere, mentally and physically abused”.
