On Friday, ET learned that Lamar had opened his eyes and was able to communicate after being placed in a medically induced coma on Wednesday, following being found unconscious at the Love Ranch brothel in Crystal, Nevada, on Tuesday. The trio joined Odom’s estranged wife Khloé Kardashian, who has reportedly not left Las Vegas since Odom was admitted into the hospital early last week.
Her sister, Kim Kardashian broke her silence by posting a picture on Instagram yesterday, pictured bottom right.

Daniel Artest, a long-time friend of Odom and brother of Los Angeles Lakers forward Metta World Peace, tweeted that Odom “did a little talking (and) breathing on his own” after being taken off the ventilator. The ladies working at the brothel found him unconscious and with white fluids coming out of his nose and mouth.
Kris, Kim and Khloé “dropped everything” when they heard the news and flew to the hospital on Tuesday night to visit Odom. He woke up from his coma on Friday and said “Hi” to Khloe.
Odom and Kardashian broke up in 2013 after a whirlwind romance and marriage that was chronicled on the reality television show “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” and its spinoff series, “Khloe & Lamar”.
In an article published by E!online, they said that the 35-year-old star already passed a swallow test – a test which determines whether or not he is already capable of breathing on his own without alarm – and he just keeps on improving day by day.
On multiple episodes of “KUWTK”, Khloe Kardashian has insisted that she still loves Lamar Odom, but hinted that she couldn’t save him from himself.

The two signed divorce papers this year, but the divorce has not been finalized, a source told CNN.
