Ex-IAF airman honey trapped for spying for ISI
A dismissed Air Force official, who allegedly shared secret documents with intelligence operatives backed by Pakistan’s ISI, has been arrested from Punjab by the Crime Branch of Delhi Police.

“We have arrested a former IAF personnel from Punjab on charges of spying for ISI”, Joint Commissioner of Police (Crime Branch) Ravindra Yadav said.
Ranjith was arrested yesterday and brought to Delhi on transit remand and produced before a court here today.
Ranjith allegedly shared secret information with operatives of an ISI-backed espionage ring through e-mails and inter-based text messaging services, said an official privy to the investigation.
Ranjith had likewise obtained several Voice-Over Internet Protocol-centered calls on his cellular amount where a lady questioned him as well as with English feature launched himself as Damini McNaught.
“A few serving defence personnel are being pulled into the espionage network through these honey traps”.
The woman said the magazine wanted some information about the Indian Air Force, and promised pecuniary benefits in exchange.
