Ex-Mexican leader: Trump reminds me of Hitler
Former Mexican President Vicente Fox said Donald Trump reminds him of Adolf Hitler, escalating the insults he’s leveled at the Republican frontrunner this week. “He is acting and speaking out against immigrants that have a different skin colour than he does, it is frankly racist and [he is] exploiting feelings like Hitler did in his time”.

Asked by Ramos if he’s afraid that Trump would be the next USA president and what this could mean to Mexico, Fox said in the interview that “democracy cannot take that”. And in December, former New Jersey Gov. Christine Todd Whitman invoked Hitler when discussing Trump’s plan to temporarily ban Muslims from entering the U.S.
He added: “Please, you Hispanics, Latinos in the United States, open your eyes”.
Fox also went on Fox Business, saying that Trump is playing a risky game in trying to go toe-to-toe with the United States’ biggest trading partners (Mexico and China). Not to defend our creed. “They are bringing drugs, and bringing crime, and their rapists”, he said, earning him the label an “extremely silly man” from Hispanic civil rights group the National Council of La Raza.
“Sometimes you’re supposed to use a strong, very descriptive word so that you make your point. This nation is going to fail if it goes into the hands of a insane guy”, Fox told Fusion.
At Thursday night’s GOP presidential debate, Trump responded: “The wall just got 10 feet taller”. So if he builds the wall, then the Mexicans that are coming back are going to stay there.

During a visit to Mexico’s capital, Vice President Joe Biden apologized for the inflammatory rhetoric about Mexico in the USA presidential campaign. He insisted that such comments do not represent the American people.
