Sharper received 220 months prison sentence.

There was also a former entertainment promoter who has pled guilty to sexually battering the two women Sharper admitted to raping and also having a part in the drugging scheme that saw women be plied with Ambien, Xanax, Valium, and ecstasy before the men took to raping their victims. Although Judge Milazzo believes there could be as many was 16 victims, Darren pled guilty to three counts of distributing drugs with rape as the aim. The crimes, which Sharper pleaded guilty or no-contest to a year ago, occurred in Louisiana, Arizona, California and Nevada. In February, Milazzo rejected a proposed plea deal that carried a nine-year prison sentence for the five-time NFL Pro Bowl defensive back, calling it too lenient given the seriousness of all the allegations against him.

He will also face three years of supervised release as well as a $20,000 fine in addition to the prison sentence.

He pleaded guilty in federal court to drugging three women so he could rape them. “It was all about one person, you”, one of his victims said in court. Their federal plea agreements say Licciardi has accepted a 17-year sentence, with 10 years for Nunez. “They didn’t deserve anything, or to be a part of this heinous decision, which is all on me”.

According to the AP, before sentencing Sharper apologized “a thousand times” to the women he abused, adding that he had “lived my life right for 38 years and then I took this path”.

Her last words to him were: “Go to hell”. He’s scheduled for a sentencing on October 13 along with codefendant his and Darren’s friend Erik Nunez. One of his biggest accomplishments came in 2010, when he won the Super Bowl as a member of the New Orleans Saints.

But that still means the former New Orleans Saints safety will be spending the next 13 to 14 years in prison! He was working as an National Football League network analyst when women began telling police in several cities similar stories of blacking out while drinking with him and waking up groggy to find they had been sexually abused.
