Michael Morell, the former acting Central Intelligence Agency director who spoke out against Trump, is “a lightweight… a man who has made serious bad calls… a total Clinton flunky!”
Still, unfavorable attitudes about the former secretary of state and senator from NY have softened – from 55 percent negative before the conventions to 50 percent in the latest ABC poll – while Trump remains viewed unfavorably by 63 percent. Giuliani spoke on ABC’s “This Week”.
Yet Trump’s tirades, whatever voters make of them, may be playing strictly to his base of supporters, including 10-million-plus followers on Twitter.
Kasich, who lost the GOP primary to Trump and shunned the Republican National Convention, tells CNN’s “State of the Union” that four years of Hillary Clinton would mean “total gridlock”.
On Monday, Clinton will visit the battleground state of Florida, where she will tour a small brewery and hold two rallies.
But when Putin returned to the top job, things changed.
“From this premise, I will do something that I have not done in 40 years of voting: I will vote for the Democratic nominee for president”, he wrote.
There is a certain pride in putting country above party and even satisfaction in rejecting Trump’s boast that Republicans “have to” vote for him.
But Clinton’s wrangles with Russian Federation led to mixed results.
Clinton takes her turn on Thursday, when she also will be in Detroit to lay out her economic agenda in a major address.
