Ex-Wrestler Ruled Unfit For Murder Trial
Wrestling legend Jimmy “Superfly” Snuka is mentally unfit to stand trial for the 1983 murder of his girlfriend, a Pennsylvania judge reportedly ruled Wednesday. Snuka was ordered to return to court on December 2 for a review, and could be ordered back to court indefinitely until his condition improves or prosecutors drop the charges.

Snuka originally told at least five people, including the responding police officer, that he shoved Argentino earlier that day, causing her to fall and hit her head, according to police interviews obtained by The Morning Call.
Snuka’s attorneys pointed out to numerous headshots over the years in the WWE as part of the reason for dementia that he is suffering from.
Snuka was famous for the Superfly Splash in which he leapt from the top rope.
Prosecutors showed recent videos that appeared to show that Snuka was aware and competent and still able to compete in the ring.
Snuka was described as a “person of interest” during the initial investigation in 1983, but no charges were filed against him or anyone else.
Frank claimed that Jimmy was not competent to help his lawyer with his defence, and a trial would worsen his mental state.
On Wednesday, Judge Banach said she did not believe Snuka was capable of feigning symptoms of dementia.
The judge also denied a motion by Chief Deputy District Attorney Charles Gallagher to have Snuka involuntarily committed to a mental health facility for 60 days. She then explained that everything decays when justice is delayed for as long as this was, and Snuka’s mind is a flawless example of that. An autopsy report unearthed by the newspaper suggested that the death was a homicide, not an accident.
The wrestler was named as a “person of interest” at the time, however he wasn’t charged at the time.

Nancy had spent the night in a hotel with Jimmy, and died the next day. Snuka was wrestling and returned to the motel they were staying at and found her dead. “Justice suffers after 30 years because everything decays”.
