EXCLUSIVE WATCH: Margot Robbie reveals the one thing about Irish men that makes her “go weak at the knees”
I had it down to a science, but this time, I was in a bind. Additionally, $2.4 million of Suicide Squad’s opening night came from IMAX screenings, so that bodes well for how it should perform on IMAX screens over the weekend.

She continued to say: “As Margot, no, I don’t like wearing that”. Playing Enchantress, a resuscitated witch from the past who inhabits the body of a scientist laughably named June Moone, and who threatens the End of Life as We Know It, the “Paper Towns” actress can at least be counted on to deliver several of the film’s few-and-far-between laughs.
Leslie and I confidently strode to the theater and climbed two sets of escalators, preparing to meet our adversary with an eye toward victory.
Leto said that they pushed boundaries even more while shooting, but held back in the final edit. It was the first of many disappointments that evening.
You know those parties that are only worth your time because you meet some really interesting people?
Contrary to what you might’ve heard from the increasingly humorless legion of online critics this past week, SUICIDE SQUAD is far from the dismal “mess” that some have chosen to label it – an entertaining film that marks the cinematic debut of many new characters into the DC Extended Universe, and a flawless bridge between Zack Snyder’s recent BATMAN v SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE and next year’s JUSTICE LEAGUE.
The film takes place soon after the events of Batman Vs. Superman, with the government once again pondering what they can do to protect the world from the next attack – be it from another alien threat, or a “meta-human” fight gone wrong. She’s also obsessively devoted to her boyfriend, the Joker (Jared Leto), who is also the one responsible for her transformation from accomplished psychotherapist to all out psychopath. As the Joker’s sexual pawn, she’s not even close to being a feminist antihero, but there’s something magical about seeing her maniacal grin as the group comes face to face with seemingly insurmountable evil. Davis rips into the role, eating steak and guzzling wine with supreme authority as she convinces the armed forces and the audience that her bad squad concept will make the world safer. As much as I enjoy some of the movie’s characters, the fact that the cast is so overstuffed leads to some of them getting shortchanged.
Agent Waller (Viola Davis) decides to put together a team of mega-bad guys because.why not?

It’s something that needs to get sorted out if the Harley Quinn tentpole movie that everyone’s predicting gets the go ahead. Considered the weakest link on Suicide Squad, she was reduced to a backseat role behind his brother Incubus, which all the more dampened her impact. My coffee was pretty good; this movie is pretty bad.
