Execs block Chris Brown role on ‘Power’ over ‘anger issues’

The news of Brown’s possible role in Power came before his recent altercation with aspiring actress Baylee Curran outside his Los Angeles home. Our sources say the day Chris allegedly pulled a gun on a woman at his home, the cops had decided NOT to arrest him, but rather take the case under investigation.

Brown was released on $250,000 bail less than two hours after being booked into the Metropolitan Detention Center Tuesday night, according to Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

Curran said she was looking at some diamonds in Brown’s home when a man yelled at her to get away from the jewelry.

Geragos also said that “nothing was found that corroborated” Curran’s statement. But his arrest for alleged assault with a deadly weapon earlier this week has derailed those plans, as network execs chose to give him the heave-ho.

Curran who is wanted in connection with a 2013 grand larceny incident at the famous New York City Plaza hotel and was reportedly stripped of her pageant title, allegedly vowed to set Brown up.

“We are now in possession of a number of items ranging from things that purport to be a text sent by the accuser before she was picked up”, said Geragos.

Geragos also questioned the motives of the accuser, who he claims has a relationship with the mother of Brown’s baby.

Earlier this week, Brown revealed his intentions to release a new song on Instagram and the dance-driven “What Would You Do?” followed shortly after.

Curran was wanted by police in NY for questioning in a grand larceny case, and just two months ago she had her 2016 Miss California Regional State Pageant title stripped away.
