Expansion pack launches August 30

Nuka-World is Fallout 4’s sixth expansion, following Automatron (March 2016), Wasteland Workshop (April 2016), Far Harbor (May 2016), Contraptions Workshop (June 2016), and Vault-Tec Workshop (July 2016). According to the site, “Far Harbor” is Bethesda’s best effort for a story-driven “Fallout 4” DLC. And now, ahead of Nuka World’s launch later this month, Bethesda have gone ahead and released a map of the theme park, so players can familiarize themselves with the lay of the land.

It is stated that because of its price tag the “Nuka World” DLC is likely going to be smaller in size but not necessarily in content when compared to previous DLC packs.

“A departure from the gloomy atmosphere of “Far Harbor”, Nuka-World” is filled with different fun rides in all its post-apocalyptic glory, and a lot of them are apparently still functional.

The trailer also showcased Nuka Cola themed power suits, park mascots and other insane amusement park elements.

Nuka-World launches on Tuesday, August 30 across PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. You’ll have to be signed up for the “Fallout 4” DLC beta program to get a free beta code-if you’re not already on this, all you have to do is register on the official “Fallout” website.

Nuka-World is split into different unique park zones: Safari Adventure, the World of Refreshment, Dry Rock Gulch, Kiddie Kingdom, Galactic Zone, and Nuka-Town, USA. It’s also one of the largest, adding not just new features like the ability to lead raiders and conquer settlements, but a large theme park named – what else?
