Expect chilly temperatures tonight as cold front rolls in Tuesday

Skies will be mostly sunny with the exception of a few passing clouds in the morning.

Cloudy skies will carry over into Tuesday, along with a 30 percent chance of showers before noon.

Sunny skies will dominate each afternoon through Friday, with highs in the upper 60s to mid 70s area-wide.

Clear skies, light winds and low relative humidity will result in chilly lows tonight in the 40s. Highs will still be mild, near 72 degrees.

A cool, overcast day is in the forecast for the Akron area, with chances of showers during the morning.

Wednesday Partly sunny, with a high near 58.

A slight chance of rain is forecast for Saturday, but nothing is in the offing for Tuesday. Overnight lows will be in the 50s. Southeast wind 5 to 13 miles per hour becoming southwest in the morning.

Today Scattered showers. Cloudy, with a high near 57.

Sunday: Mostly sunny, high near 53.

Thursday: Partly sunny, with a high near 85.
