Experience not necessary for Broncos starting QB, leaves opening for Siemian
Though these lists don’t determine how a team will do, ESPN gave the Broncos plenty of love when they unleashed the first half of their top 100 National Football League player rankings. “I can tell by the way he handles the team in the huddle, he’s got control of what’s going on”.

Greg Zeurlein kicked field goals of 29, 38 and 48 yards in the first half. In each game, Case Keenum started before being relieved of duties by No. 1 overall pick Jared Goff. Goff went 4-of-12 for 45 yards and is now 16-of-33 for 165 yards in three preseason games, adding a touchdown, an interception, a lost fumble and four sacks. The Rams, out of precaution, held out top running back Todd Gurley for the entire game.
“I’m going to continue to stay optimistic about my 2016 season and try to enjoy it”, shared Michael Vick of his plans of an National Football League return.
The Rams’ defense did not allow second-half points in either of its first two preseason games, and got a stop on Denver’s first series of the second half but not the second. He has completed 17 of 26 passes for 163 yards with no sacks. “It’s been a good battle…we’re in a good spot”.
Trevor Siemian did not throw in Tuesday’s practice due to what coach Gary Kubiak described as a bruised right (throwing) shoulder. Goff threw for three touchdowns and a pick while Siemian notched a score but threw two interceptions.
Should Lynch come in as the No. 2 quarterback, however, Sanchez’s time in Denver could be in jeopardy. He, again, saw extended time with the first-team offense.
Lynch took reps with the first-team offense on the scout team in practices this past week, but had been limited to play with primarily the third-string offense in the Broncos’ first two preseason games. “I’ve got a lot invested and a lot of work that I can make some decisions off of now, ” Kubiak said. “I think it’ll be better than what we had a year ago”.
The Broncos receiver took exception and posted a picture of his Super Bowl ring, asking where Norman’s ring was. And when it was all said and done, Kubiak said the decision about who would start the regular-season opener September 8 against the Carolina Pantherswould be made in the coming days.

Anderson expects more of the same against Los Angeles’ stout defensive front – both in terms of ground production and pass-run imbalance – when the Broncos host the Rams on Saturday. It is reported that the Broncos are not likely to let go of Lynch who they drafted as he is being molded as the future of the franchise.
