On the inside, the Transformer 3 Pro uses a relatively powerful Core i7 processor alongside a whopping 16GB of RAM for a nifty and fluid experience.

The last of the new Transformer products is the Transformer Mini hailed as the lightest 2-in-1 PC in all the land thanks to a magnesium alloy design.
Like Microsoft, Asus is splitting their Transformer lineup into regular and pro models.
As for the keyboard, the Transformer 3 comes with a Cover Keyboard that offers “laptop-grade 1.4mm key travel”. Furthermore, Asus says Transformer 3 Pro will have support for Virtual Reality as well.
According to the website tech.firstpost.com, the latest entrant in the Transformer Series by Asus comes in a 2-in-1 PC form factor.
The Transformer Mini also bears an integrated kickstand with a patented stepless “Smart Hinge” design that opens up to 170 degrees.
The Transformer 3 Pro and Transformer 3 are expandable with a range of accessories such as the Asus Pen, a Universal Dock and an Audio Pod.
Asus has given an August release date for the Transformer 3 Pro, but in my experience of previous Computex releases, I wouldn’t go holding your breath. It will also be available in four colours: Stone, Charcoal, Taupe, and Amber.

Both Transformer 3 and Transformer 3 Pro come with a 12.6-inch display with a 2880 x 1920 resolution and 275 ppi pixel density. In comparison to the Surface Pro which only has one USB 3.0 port, the Transformer boasts a USB-C, Thunderbolt 3, an HDMI as well as a standard USB 3.0 plug. This one is thinner at 6.9mm and has a 12.6-inch screen with 2880 x 1920 resolution and 450 cd/m2 brightness. ASUS Transformer 3 delivers enhanced video performance with ASUS Tru2Life Video technology. Moreover, it also has a Thunderbolt 3 port on the connectivity. Its versatile, any-way-up USB Type-C connector supports USB 3.1 Gen 2 devices at speeds up to 10Gbps, and Thunderbolt(TM) 3 provides unbelievably fast 40Gbps data transfers and support for dual external 4K UHD displays. ASUS Transformer Mini provides a complete Windows 10 experience with features including Office Mobile, Cortana, and Windows Hello, which lets users sign in to and unlock ASUS Transformer Mini with its built-in Instant ID fingerprint reader.
