Besides Mr Kejriwal, other leaders Raghav Chadha, Kumar Vishwas, Ashutosh, Sanjay Singh and Deepak Bajpai also stated that there is absolute denial on their part and they are opposing the Union Minister’s plea.

In a civil suit, when one party affirms and other party denies a material proposition of fact or law, then only issues arise.

A destiny of the issues defined by the court includes whether Jaitley is entitled to any abuse for the claimed defamatory statements made by AAP guides. “This word has, therefore, harmed the reputation of the complainant in the eyes of general public including his family, relative and friends”, the plea filed by constable Harvinder said. He said that around 24 months have passed, but they had not challenged the order of the High Court for deciding their plea for discharge on merit. “Such claims are to be denounced”, he watched.

Jaitley’s conflict was contradicted by AAP pioneers who did not give their agree to the arrangement of neighborhood official.
