But on Monday, Montezemolo, who had been chief when Schumacher bagged five world titles between 2000 and 2004, reinforced the hopes of the German racing superstar’s fans.
Schumacher is a seven-time F1 world champion and holds the record for most races won.
“I’m very pleased to know that he is reacting”, Luca explained to the publication.
‘I know how strong he is.
The news comes after it was recently been suggested that the condition of the seven-time Formula One world champion was getting worse following his 2013 skiing accident.
The aforementioned statements, however, was taken from a CNN report dated May 12, 2016, when ex-Ferrari president Luca Cordero di Montezemolo told CNN’s The Circuit during an interview at his office in Rome, Italy. “We just have to accept that the family wants to continue to protect their privacy”.
Among the conflicting reports that came out about him were the racing champ is paralysed, confined to a wheelchair, has memory problems and could not speak. “We know what has happened and can not change it”.

Schumacher has been receiving specialist medical care at his house in Lake Geneva since September 2014 after spending six months in induced coma. Of course, Michael is not here and of course we miss him.
