Facebook Main App Now Lets You Doodle On Image Uploads

The social media giant has been slowly increasing the capabilities of its photo-sharing services with improved in-app editing for quite a few time now.

Facebook has launched its Messenger app for Apple Watch. Users can draw attention to parts of a picture with a splash of color, add in a small doodle to illustrate a point or even create a new illustration on top of the uploaded picture. Today one of the features first made available to Messenger is jumping to the main Facebook app. The Android Wear app, which rolled out earlier this year, also allows you to record and send voice messages and send “likes” from your wrist. With iOS 9, you can now find Messenger contacts and conversations from your phone’s search screen, and access Messenger from the list of multi-tasking apps on your iPad. And should your finger get “doodle happy”, know that you can undo and reset the image. In addition, Facebook Messenger also now supports multitasking on the iPad if you have iOS 9.

The new feature is in the process of rolling out right now, so if you attempt to upload a photograph and can not see Doodle as an option, then check back after a while, as it will reach you soon enough.

This tool was something already previously added to the messenger app, and so you could draw weird stuff on people’s faces before sending a photo to your friend or group.

If you’re installing fresh, then you can grab the Messenger app from this link.
