Facebook will delete a secret group of photos from your profile soon
If you’ve got private photos saved on Facebook then you’d better watch out, because come July 7 you may find them deleted. After that date, Facebook will delete the album containing their Synced Photos, it says. This is the first update for the app, and as you may expect, it does not introduce any new features.

The option to sync photos from your phone has been available for four years, though not every Facebook user likely took advantage of it since it was an opt-in service.
However, since Mark Zuckerberg ” s company is now redirecting their strategy to focus on the “Moments’ app, launched in 2015, the previous feature is no longer necessary. The idea was that the photos would be easily accessible if users wanted to share them at a later time, CNN Money explains.
Others are simply angry that they’re being forced to install yet another Facebook app after being pushed to install Messenger. Right now, these images also exist in the “Synced” or “Synced from Phone” section in your Facebook photos tab, according to Facebook’s site.
Now it’s Moments’ turn.

Facebook is about to delete a group of photos from your profile that you may not have known were there. Notifications appeared in Facebook’s main app, too. As expected, this big shove has worked, as well – Moments has shot up from being ranked in the 90’s to the number one app on the iTunes App Store where it has remained for the past couple of days. Then, friends can add their photos to the moment.
