Faith Evans Sued Over Participation In Bad Boy Reunion Show

An Atlanta club promoter is trying to prevent Faith Evans from performing during the Bad Boy Reunion Tour stop in the city.

According to docs, Jeremy Hill booked Faith to perform at Wolf Creek Amphitheater in Atlanta on September 10, 2016 – and paid her $17,500 as part of the deal.

In April, reality TV star and producer Stevie J dished on creating new music alongside Faith.

TMZ reports he wants to block Faith from doing the Bad Boy Show and wants $100k from her for backing out of their contract. As part of the deal, the promoter paid the singer $17,500. He especially took note of the fact the Bad Boy tour would be in Atlanta on September 8.

In the lawsuit, Hill said the contract included a non-compete clause, which prohibits Evans from performing within a 100-mile radius of his concert within the six months leading up to the September 10 date.

The email also stated that, “the artists’ management have agreed that they have no contractual obligations to the Bad Boy Family Reunion”. The Bad Boy tour violates her non-compete agreement. Instead, he made a decision to sue the singer. Through the legal move, Hill is looking to get at least $100,000 from the singer.

Evans, on the other hand, has not yet responded to the lawsuit filed against her. Where might we see her in Atlanta?
