Amid these allegations, the Falcons waived Green Thursday morning.

The accuser told cops she was VERY clear to Green she did not want to have sex … telling him, “Please stop, I don’t want to do this” … but he “went for it” anyway. Messages left with his agent were not returned.

Logan Police Capt. Curtis Hooley said Thursday that his department investigated three separate allegations of sexual assault made by three women against Green in January and November of 2015. A fourth case was investigated by North Park police, which did not return a message Thursday.

According to Jacob Gordon, a prosecutor in the Cache County District Attorney’s office, all the cases are being reviewed for possible charges – so far, a decision has not been made.

North Park Police Chief Kim Hawkes confirmed Thursday that his department had a sexual assault case involving Green but declined to say whether the investigation was closed or what became of it. That report said Green took a woman into a room after she had been drinking heavily at a party.

Green had 90 tackles, seven sacks and two interceptions during four seasons at Utah State. After his career at Utah State, Green signed with the Atlanta Falcons in 2016 as an undrafted free agent. He did not play in 2012 as a freshman, and he redshirted in 2011.
