Bethesda Softworks’ Fallout 4 will be receiving its first DLC Automatron later this month and we finally get a look at gameplay footage today.

“The mysterious Mechanist has unleashed a horde of evil robots into the Commonwealth, including the devious Robobrain”, says the blurb. You’ll fight against the robots but also be able to build your own robot companions.

Gamers will also have the option of customizing the hue of their robot, as well as selecting a voice for the bot.

Automatron will be available on March 22 for £7.99, though you’ll need to be level 15 or higher to access it. This is a great addition for those who want to make “Fallout 4” more than just a one-pass game. Game Informer had unveiled five achievements that hint at what the source is expecting to be a 100-point addition to the overall achievement score in “Fallout 4”.

With only five achievements though, some may be anxious that the Automatron expansion isn’t adding a significant amount of content to Fallout 4.

Do you plan on purchasing the Automatron expansion for Fallout 4?

The game’s developer, Bethesda Game Studios, has not yet revealed a lot of details regarding the expansion and has not even put an exact date of its release.

The two other achievements are “Robot Hunter”, which can be achieved after unlocking ten robot mods and “The Most Toys” achievement, which is unlocked by building ten robot mods. However, what I’m excited about is that left arm.
