‘Fallout 4’ DLC Likely Getting Announced At Bethesda E3 Showcase

In a repeat of their antics from past year, Bethesda will be hosting their second ever E3 conference on the Sunday before the show, June 12th. Previous year was the debut of official footage of the Doom reboot, Fallout 4 and Dishonored 2 being announced and some smaller news sprinkled in.

While Electronic Arts is ditching E3 this year, Bethesda has just confirmed its return to the industry show.

The image above is littered with characters from Bethesda’s various properties, and it covers just about all their ongoing franchises, so it seems unlikely that it provides any clues about what we can expect. Fallout 4 is already known as one of the most popular games released in 2015 and Bethesda may do the same tactic for The Elder Scrolls 6 to ensure its success. The press conference will take place on June 12th from 7pm PT. The news was announced by Bethesda through the developer’s official Twitter account, and via a tweet from Bethesda’s VP, Pete Hines. We got a reveal at last year’s E3, so expect to see a release date announced at this year’s event. That would also please fans, but not as much as last year’s Fallout 4 announcement. Fallout DLC? We will see. The game has been out since November previous year and the only additional content thus far comes from user-created mods that are only available on the PC.

Additionally, there will likely be some announcements about expansions to Elder Scrolls Online. Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below. Dishonored 2 is expected to be coming later this year.
