Fallout 4 Doesn’t End with the Main Story, Has No Level Cap
Those worrying over having something to do in Fallout 4 after completing the main story are worrying for naught.

As it turns out, Fallout 4 will not end once the main story is completed, so players are free to explore the Bostonian wasteland to their hearts’ desire even after the central conflict has been resolved. Even after you’ve cleared the main story, Bethesda said in a recent tweet, you can keep leveling indefinitely in pursuit of the game’s 70 vanilla perks. Also, Fallout 4 won’t have any level, allowing players to play and keep moving forward forever and ever.
This is a switch-up in comparison to both Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas, where the games had set level caps (which were extended later via downloadable content).
Ultimately, Bethesda’s decision to leave out the level cap seems to be a smart move. Do you think Fallout 4 will be able to beat that record?

Expect to hear Bethesda offer more details in as we approach Fallout 4’s debut on November 10, worldwide, for PC, PS4, and Xbox One. With any luck, we’ll see some new gameplay in the near future, but until then, let us know if you’re counting the rad level in the comments section below.
