Hines told IGN during Gamescom 2015 last week that Bethesda will be working on different varieties of new content in “Fallout 4” that will allow players and their characters to improve in any aspect form within whether it is weapons, gears or even character stats.
Apparently, the “Fallout Shelter” game is no longer among the top 100 app listings in the Apple App Store.
But it won’t be any time soon.
Setting the industry standard for deep and rich open-world titles, the studio is well aware that it needs longer lead times to properly bring each of these game worlds to life, hence the reason the likes of DOOM and Dishonored punctuate these extended gaps between sequels. I mean, hey, Fallout 4 is finally coming, right? Hines said that the people involved in the “Fallout 4” game at the firm was actually “devoting all their time to the game”.
The “Fallout Shelter” game will finally be available for its Android gamers starting August 13. Fallout 4 game director, Todd Howard, was quoted saying, “We call it rubberbanding; we’ll have an area [where enemies scale from] level 5 to 10, and then this area will be level 30 and above”.

The game is set in Boston about two centuries after a war over resources that resulted into a nuclear destruction in 2077. With the game’s Android release, however, Bethesda will be putting in some extra special features. Since TES games are massive in scope and take years and years of development there’s a possibility that Bethesda has started outlining the next game…but it’s likely so far down the road that the info would just be vague concept art and the like. In 2007, Bethesda acquired the game franchise.
