‘Fallout 4’ UPDATE: Bethesda Gives More Freedom To Players, Removes Level Cap!
Bethesda confirmed today on Twitter the game doesn’t end once the main story is finished, and players can continue to level as well. So players couldn’t go back and complete side missions that they may have skipped, or revisit experiences, or level up any higher.

Fans may remember that it wasn’t the case for the predecessors of “Fallout 4“, “Fallout: New Vegas” and “Fallout 3″.
Likewise, there’s going to be no level cap in the game.
Fallout 4 will allow you to keep playing and levelling forever until the day you die alone and lonely because all you’ve been doing for the last 30 years is playing Fallout 4.
When fans played through Fallout 3, they were left bitterly disappointed upon completing the main story.
“Who can bear the hype when you know that bad-ass Liam Neeson voiced your protagonists” father in Fallout 3? However, for a game that promises endless hours of entertainment, it has to be that good.
Next up, the developer has stated that there’s no level cap.
For more on Fallout 4, stay-tuned.
Fallout 3’s conclusion was rather controversial as its original ending didn’t allow you to continue exploring. In addition to being able to craft items as they did in past games, players can now construct their own buildings.
