Others who spoke said police should have used stun guns or other nonlethal methods if they felt they needed to subdue LeGrier, a college student home for holiday break.
Jones’ cousin, Evelyn Glover Jennings, added that she wanted a thorough investigation. “Her blood is crying out from the grave saying, ‘Evelyn, avenge me'”.
LeGrier’s father, Antonio LeGrier, called the police early Saturday morning when, according to reports, his son became “agitated”. “These questions and many others require immediate answers”.
