The Chicago Cubs says a female fan hit by a line drive foul ball during Sunday’s game was conscious and taken to a hospital. The right-hander was more eager to talk about the team, though, especially the fact that the Cubs now have swept four four-game series this season. “We are going to get back on a good roll because (the starters) are healthy and not overextended”.

Chicago improved to a season-high 20 games over. He is hitting. 304 in his last 25 games.

Nick Swisher seems to have found his swing.
