Daniel Bryan may even find himself wrestling at WrestleMania having been medically cleared to compete again by WWE!
Daniel Bryan made an announcement on his official Twitter page about coming back to the ring. Rousey will have her first match April 8 at Wrestlemania 34 in a mixed tag-team match with Kurt Angle against Stephanie McMahon and Triple H. He also thanked his wife, WWE wrestler Brie Bella, for supporting him during the tough times.
It’s the news that Daniel Bryan and WWE fans have been waiting for. While it seems as though he will likely join Shane McMahon to take on Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn at WrestleMania, there is now a world of possibilities heading forward. The first step of this was that Bryan was given a list of doctors to see – if he saw them and got the green light, then he would receive approval from Dr. Owens and Zayn laughed before Bryan pointed out how serious of a matter the attack really was last week.
These are important questions, and they won’t go away. “I am hoping to be cleared, but I don’t know which way it goes”. Owens and Zayn would later gain control of the situation as the numbers gain was too much for Bryan to handle. “There were times when I was depressed about not being able to do what I loved to do, and I focused on being grateful”.
Bryan has an innate ability as a storyteller both inside and out of the ring; it’s time the WWE leverages those skills to protect him as a part time talent. From a family perspective, I’ve had the chance to talk with Bryan at great length about his passion for wrestling. The former world champion, whose contract is nearing an end, got clearance from non-WWE doctors, but the company refused to let him return.
