Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them: First Trailer & New Poster Released
The trailer only gives us the briefest glimpse at the prequel film, introducing us to Eddie Redmayne’s Newt Scamander and his suitcase full of risky creatures, some of whom escape, causing the famed Magizoologist to hunt them down across 1920s NY.

But on Tuesday 15 December, Warner Bros Pictures revived the magic with the first teaser trailer for Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, a new story set in Rowling’s world of witches and wizards. The movie was filmed at Warner Bros.
The two-minute trailer of “Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them” recently released shows the wand-wavering characters of the Wizarding World back to life.
It’s been four years since the wizarding world created by British author JK Rowling concluded its cinematic run with the final Harry Potter, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2.
The US-set Harry Potter spinoff hits theaters next November. With a bulky briefcase in hand, Scamander wanders off to the American territory for a meeting at the Magical Congress of the United States of America (Macusa) located in New York City. At some point in the plot, the contents of Scamander’s briefcase got loose and intensified the ongoing threat and turmoil between the Wizards’ and the No-Maj (non-magical) communities.
What is your take on the J.K. Rowling’s magical world of “Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them?”.
The official synopsis for FANTASTIC BEASTS AND WHERE TO FIND THEM: Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them opens in 1926 as Newt Scamander has just completed a global excursion to find and document an extraordinary array of magical creatures.
