A man charged with killing his two children and two stepchildren at the family’s home in suburban Detroit has been jailed without bond.
Police haven’t released any names. Seventeen-year-old Kara Allen and 19-year-old Chadney Allen were found dead with multiple gunshot wounds.
Krause says police found the man’s children, a 4-year-old girl and a 5-year-old girl, on the first floor of the home. His wife Faith is the biological mother of all of the children.
Green’s wife was shot and stabbed but is in stable condition and is expected to survive.
According to police, it was Green who called 911 and said that he had killed his family.
“The four individuals were found by responding officers deceased at the residence”, Petri said. Green, 49, is in custody. We are hoping to arraign him within the next day..
Police have not said what the motive was.
“Other jurisdictions have also offered their support this morning”, he said.
Petri said he’s still in “disbelief”.

“I’d see her out there once in awhile”, she said. “In my 30 years in law enforcement, I can’t recall a crime of this magnitude happening in the city of Dearborn Heights”.
