Six people were killed in a vehicle crash on the night of Saturday, April 30th.
The minivan rotated off the wall, back into the southbound lanes into the path of the Kia Sorento, which struck the right side of the minivan.
The dead included Solis-Perez’s two sons and two of her daughters, ages 17, 14, 7 and 5.
Two people remain in serious condition, and one person was treated and released.
Solis-Perez, 33, was driving south when a tread on a tire separated, causing the minivan to go into the median and hit a concrete barrier wall.
The highway patrol said it is unclear if the passengers were wearing seatbelts. Three people died at the scene, and three died at hospitals, the FHP said. Another adult was hospitalized with minor injuries.

Two other passengers in the minivan, Reynaldo Diaz, 31, of West Palm Beach, Florida, and Andres Perez, 18, of Stuart, Florida, were also killed in the crash, Wysocky said. The devastation caused traffic to cease moving in the midst of flying helicopters and ambulances. Those who survived the accident were transported to Delray Medical Center, St. Mary’s Medical Center and Martin South hospitals.
