FBI Confirms Records From Clinton Server Held As Evidence
Hillary Clinton tells ABC World News anchor David Muir she is “absolutely” confident that there is nothing that will come out of the FBI investigation into her private email account and server.

“Absolutely. That’s what I’m saying”.
Clinton said she previously declined to talk to investigators about the email issue because “what they wanted to ask, we’d already talked about … in the public arena”.
The filing is the latest development in the far-reaching investigation of Clinton’s conduct as Secretary of State from 2009-2013, which includes her illegal private email server, her handling of the Benghazi attack, potential disclosure of sensitive information, and the destabilization of several North African and Middle Eastern countries under her term.
“That is not going to happen”, Clinton said.
“I know [the Federal Bureau of Investigation has] been interviewing a number of people and I’ve told people to cooperate and I’m looking forward to also participating”.
Now that Clinton is headed toward the general election, she’s presumably getting more aggressive vis-a-vis the Fox News audience, which is big on conservatives but also contains a significant slice of independents/moderates. So we had all this information in the public record. I am rarely at a loss for words, but this time I just don’t know what to say anymore.
CLINTON: – actually supported what I have been saying for years.
MUIR: Can you assure the American people, and the Bernie Sanders supporters who you now have to court, that there isn’t anything coming from this FBI investigation that’s going to change the course of your campaign? “I think that our primary contest was good for the Democratic Party and good for America”.
Clinton replied, “I’m not going to consider anything until we see what the circumstances are, but let me just point out that people give lots of money to presidential campaigns, don’t they?” And I think as soon as I have a chance to speak with others, I will do so.
BAIER: Secretary Clinton, you said you sent or received nothing that was marked classified.
CLINTON: No, I do not.
CLINTON: The practice was used by other secretaries of state.
Clinton insisted that the scandal rests on the government’s habit of retroactively classifying material as part of the process of publishing her emails.
“Nothing I sent or received was marked classified”, she said.

CLINTON: Thank you very much.
