FBI Expected To Release Clinton Documents Soon
The FBI is expected to make public within days documents related to its now-closed inquiry into Hillary Clinton’s handling of classified information while the Democratic presidential nominee served as secretary of State, a federal law enforcement official said Tuesday. The Justice Department accepted the FBI’s recommendation.

Clinton turned 30,000 emails over to the State Department in 2014. Clinton had been using these servers since her 2008 presidential campaign and throughout her time as secretary of state.
Recently released emails suggest that at least some of the almost $2 billion the foundation has raised from US corporations, foreign governments and corporations, political donors, and various other groups was collected in exchange for special access to the State Department while Hillary Clinton was serving as secretary of state.
“The Foundation has already laid out the unprecedented steps the charity will take if Hillary Clinton becomes president”, campaign chair John Podesta wrote. Her opponent, GOP candidate Donald Trump, has made very effective political hay from both the private email server thing, and from the wacky internet theories that she “did Benghazi”, whatever that truly means in the minds of crazed right-wing internet hordes.
A CNN program host has weighed in on the latest Clinton scandal, seemingly taking The Associated Press to task for even reporting about it.
CNN also reports that the Federal Bureau of Investigation will not yet be releasing notes taken during interviews with Clinton’s aides. The release is in response to a number of FOIA requests from various USA news organizations.
Meanwhile, Judicial Watch has officially submitted court mandated questions to Clinton about her private email server, which she must answer under oath, in written form.

The 14,900 new Clinton emails were uncovered as a result of separate Judicial Watch litigation seeking all of Mrs. Clinton’s work-related emails.
While it made clear Trump had no evidence to support allegations of “pay-to-play”, the Times’ editorial board acknowledged the GOP nominee did have “reason to say that while Mrs. Clinton was secretary, it was hard to tell where the foundation ended and the State Department began”.
Judge Amit Mehta determined that the State Department and Judicial Watch must deliver a status report to the court by September 6 to indicate how numerous emails are non-duplicative of any other communications Clinton has previously disclosed.
Ms. Clinton previously had said she withheld and deleted only personal emails – nearly 32,000 – not related to her duties as secretary of state.

The agency sent lawmakers documents relating to the investigation earlier this month, including summaries of the agency’s interviews with Clinton and her senior aides.
