FBI Gives Congress Notes on Hillary
The FBI’s move to hand Congress its investigative material is exceptionally rare.

“On initial review, it seems that much of the material given to the Senate today, other than copies of the large number of emails on Secretary Clinton’s server containing classified information, is marked ‘Unclassified/For Official Use, ‘” he said. “There are no further details at this time”, a spokesperson for the House Oversight Committee said on Tuesday afternoon. They claim the FBI notes, which are typically kept confidential after an investigation is closed, may show Clinton provided inconsistent answers to questions about her handling of emails containing classified information during testimony past year before the House Benghazi panel.
Fallon says if the material is going to be shared outside the Justice Department, it “should be released widely so that the public can see them for themselves”.
“Because what we’ve seen is this lengthy, multimillion dollar congressional investigation that has been highly partisan where they’ve wanted to leak out this or that to try to make their case against Hillary Clinton”. Campos said. “She can’t be hauled before Congress and charged with perjury for lying about something that isn’t material to what she’s being asked about under a valid subpoena”.
“In each of these instances, the Secretary did not originate the information; instead, the emails were forwarded to her by staff members, with the portion-marked information located within the email chains and without header and footer markings indicating the presence of classified information”, Herring said.
A spokeswoman for the Republican-led House oversight panel said staff is reviewing documents that are classified as secret.
The GOP won’t stop accusing Hillary Clinton of lying about her use a private email server during her time as a government employee.
Republicans are also scrutinizing Clinton’s testimony that she had handed over all 55,000 pages of her work-related emails but had deleted those that Clinton and her lawyers categorized as personal.
“Since it includes both classified and unclassified material, it makes sense that the collection as a whole would be stored in a secure environment, such as a SCIF”, he said.
The Clinton campaign expressed displeasure with the transfer of the material, saying that Republicans would cherry-pick it to discredit Mrs Clinton and that it would be used to raise questions about the FBI’s judgment.
“As I have expressed to the Federal Bureau of Investigation in the past, it is inappropriate to unnecessarily mingle classified and unclassified information”, Grassley wrote Wednesday to Senate Security Director Michael DiSilvestro.
“The FBI already determined unanimously that there is insufficient evidence of criminal wrongdoing”, said representative Elijah Cummings, the top Democrat on the Oversight committee.

But the new development that work-related emails from Clinton, never previously disclosed to the public, will be handed over to watchdog group Judicial Watch offers Chaffetz and House Republicans another real shot at building a solid perjury case.
