The FBI is investigating Clinton and her aides over whether they mishandled classified information on a private email server she used while serving as secretary of state.

According to a relative of the candidate, the interview lasted nearly 3 hrs and 30 minutes and was held at the FBI’s headquarters in Washington DC.
Lynch said it was a “social” meeting and had nothing to do with the ongoing investigation, which the presumptive nominee echoed in her NBC interview.
In an apparent move to quell such concerns, Lynch said on Friday that she “fully” expected herself to accept recommendation by FBI investigators on whether to bring charges related to Hillary Clinton’s personal email setup. Saturday’s interview marks a first for Clinton to respond to the law enforcement officials over her personal email account and server, which she used for her official government communications.
Despite FBI’s refusal to comment about the meeting, it’s definitely a sign that the investigation is coming to an end and we can only wait for them to conclude its probe.
Ms. Lynch said she understands questions about the episode last week, and that while she wouldn’t do it again, the meet-up has no bearing on how the investigation into Mrs. Clinton’s email practices.
“That the Federal Bureau of Investigation wanted her for questioning reinforces her central role in deliberately creating a culture which put her own political ambitions above State Department rules and jeopardized our national security, ” Priebus said.
“I never sent nor received any information that was classified at the time it was sent and received”, she told reporters previous year. She agreed that the tone of the session was civil and business-like. It took place four weeks before the Democratic Party convention is expected to formally nominate Clinton as its candidate for the 8 November presidential election.
He said there was “no clear evidence” that Clinton or her colleagues meant to violate laws.
Meanwhile, Republican presumptive nominee, Donald Trump, has jumped on the issue as an opportunity to undermine Clinton’s fitness for office, referring to her as “Crooked Hillary”.
Hillary Clinton has defended the controversial meeting between her husband and Loretta Lynch.
She said she set up the email address for reasons of convenience, because it was easier to do everything from her Blackberry than to have several phones or tablets.
