Federal Bureau of Investigation involved in Brad Pitt child abuse allegations
“We are not investigating any case, nor do we have any allegations against Mr. Pitt”.

As we reported, Brad Pitt is now under investigation after a September 14 incident on a private plane in which he allegedly got verbally abusive and a bit physical with the kids he shares with estranged wife Angelina Jolie.
A Thursday article from The Hollywood Reporter quotes an LAPD sergeant who denied his department was investigating the actor for child abuse.
TMZ reports that although the FBI is investigating an incident between Brad, 52 and his 15-year-old son Maddox, which occurred on their private jet, the case is likely to be dropped as conflicting accounts make it impossible to prove what happened.
Following their denials, TMZ was the first to report that since the alleged incident occurred during a flight, the charges were out of the departments’ jurisdiction and referred to the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
Children and Family Services has yet to issue a statement about their reported investigation.
The fight occurred on a private plane and continued after it landed at the airport, where the group was seen by several people, one of whom filed the complaint with the Los Angeles social services department.
It has been reported the incident aboard the plane involved “unruly behaviour”.
The actor, Angelina Jolie and their children were on a private jet last Wednesday when he reportedly got drunk and “went wild, screaming” and got “physical with the kids”, sources tell TMZ.
Jolie filed for divorce in Los Angeles Superior Court on Monday, citing irreconcilable differences as grounds for the split, court documents showed.
She listed the date of separation as September 15, a day after Pitt’s alleged blow-up. They have three biological and three adopted children together.

Another source said that Pitt, 52, did not return to the LA family home with Jolie, 41, and the children after the incident. “She will not be commenting, and asks that the family be given its privacy at this time”, said Angelina’s attorney Robert Offer in a statement carried by Reuters.
