Federation Internationale de Football Association bans Real Madrid, Atletico from transfer market
Both Madrid clubs will be forbidden from registering any players “for the next two complete and consecutive registration periods” after breaches relating to under-18 transfers.

Atletico were fined 900,000 Swiss francs (£622,000), while Real were told to pay 360,000 (£249,000).
The Madrid clubs can’t sign players during the next two transfer windows..
The ban starts in the summer, so doesn’t cover the current transfer window, which ends at the end of January.
“This is done through the enforcement of regulations prohibiting the worldwide transfer of minors, or the first registration of minors in a country other than their own, except in specific circumstances”.
Atletico have also been hit with a 900,000 Swiss francs fine (£620,000) while Real have been fined 360,000 Swiss francs (£250,000).
Just like Barcelona before them, both Real and Atletico have been found to have breached several rules pertaining to the registration of players under the age of 18.
The investigations were initially conducted by the FIFA Transfer Matching System GmbH (FIFA TMS) and the FIFA Disciplinary Committee.
The ban follows a similar sanction handed to European champions Barcelona, who were unable to register new players during 2015.
Barca appealed to both Federation Internationale de Football Association and the Court of Arbitration for Sport against the ruling but ultimately lost both bids.
Madrid are yet to enter the transfer market, with new coach Zinedine Zidane still assessing his squad after succeeding Rafael Benitez last week.
The next two transfer windows are July/August 2016 and January 2017.

Neither Real no Atletico made an immediate comment on whether they would appeal.
